I support individuals through seasons of transition, when something in life is shifting, ending, or quietly asking for your attention.

These moments can feel uncertain. You may notice changes in your mood, your body, or your sense of who you are. You may be moving through grief, PMDD, postpartum change, perimenopause, or another experience that feels difficult to hold on your own.

You do not have to carry it alone.

I bring an integrative approach that weaves together psychotherapy, thoughtful medication management, and lifestyle based support. Together, we can gently tend to what is unfolding, while also supporting your system with care that may include sleep, nutrition, movement, and stress regulation.

Our work is collaborative and guided by you. I will meet you with presence, curiosity, and respect for your lived experience. Over time, this becomes a space where you can feel more steady, more connected to yourself, and more able to move through change with clarity and care.
