Life is a series of thresholds.
We must feel our way through.
Combining a humanistic approach with body-based mindfulness practices and medication management. Utilizing talk therapy, body based awareness practices and intentional prescribing.
Medication is not a “cure” or a quick fix, but it can be a useful tool in helping to reduce symptoms and allow for deeper emotional work and improved daily functioning. Intentional prescribing means taking a collaborative approach with patients and utilizing the lowest dose possible to help alleviate symptoms.
Lifestyle management is the cornerstone of collaborative treatment planning. Sleep hygiene, stress reduction, nutrition, supplements and exercise are an integral part of holistic treatment planning and patients take an active and empowered role in their healing through lifestyle changes.
Pleas note: I do not prescribe benzodiazapines or stimulants.
